The hotel was clean and the staff were nice and amiable. The room was exceptionally clean and beautiful with a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk included. The property had a very central location to Santa Lucia train station.

The location is unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from San Marco square and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and convenience stores. The host, Andrea, was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags after checkout. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and well-functioning AC. The view from the apartment, right by a gondola stop, was absolutely fabulous.
Felt like a dream, no complaints.
